Who knew San Francisco had so many hidden gems? Well, honestly speaking, the power of a photographer is to be able to take any location, any moment and turn that into an event. In the hands of a good eye, anything is game.
From the start a fancy restaurant like Coqueta turns into a moment immortalized, in stunning, tag-sharp pictures. Every-day scenes like these become art, through a story-teller’s eyes. There were so many times, where I wished Kevin and I had a photographer shooting away at our first date or just making dinner at home.
In fact, we should take more pictures shouldn’t we? Add that to your list of resolutions while you’re at it 😉
I remember Kevin telling me about this shoot as I picked him up from the airport.
“It rained a bit, but never got too crazy” he said. “I also got some great photos, definitely something different for the blog”
“oh good” I recalled.
And yes, this collection jumps from a quiet dinner to an adventurous walk down to the 18th century ruins of the Sutro Baths where you’ll find the remains of a millionaire’s dream. Then take a run up to Land’s End to complete your unique tour of San Francisco’s National parks and historical landmarks.
As January moves along, we’re slowly getting out of our holiday funk, although there’s plenty of good TV and laying about that keep beckoning to us. Alas, we stick ourselves to our screens and work on, hopefully remembering that we still have a wedding to plan. And on that note, it’s actually moving along quite well.
How many of you are still at the gym? Holding onto to those resolutions? Good. I’ll catch up to you soon 🙂
In the meantime, we’ll see you in the next one.
